Silent D has a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (minus the original shipping charge). If you choose to use the enclosed pre-paid UPS return label a fee of $7 will be deducted from the price of your shoes.

Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed.
