RETURNS
Silent D has a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (minus the original shipping charge). If you choose to use the enclosed pre-paid UPS return label a fee of $7 will be deducted from the price of your shoes.
Exchanges
EXCHANGES are FREE. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and utilize the prepaid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, we suggest placing a new order in the interim.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and nonrefundable. Your sale shoes don't fit? Let us know and we'll exchange them for another size in the same style if it's available.
